Red Marker is a MarTech SaaS solution for legal, compliance and marketing teams that is changing the way legal risk detection for digital content is being delivered, using AI.

Red Marker’s solution uses AI based risk detection to elevate legal review of marketing. Red Marker’s marketing compliance software identifies potential legal and brand risk in documents, enabling marketing teams to scale the review of content to ensure compliance.

Over a short and sharp 8-week project, we conducted a business and technology review to validate the market potential and growth strategy for their product. We provided a set of actionable recommendations across strategy, product, sales & marketing, and technology to improve the maturity of key capabilities and scalability of the business.

We spent time with the leadership time to review of the current business maturity and product market fit, including reviewing customer case studies. We completed a market sizing for their core customer segments and completed a detailed technology due diligence covering both the actual tech product maturity and team capabilities. The output was a set of short to mid-term recommendations the team could execute to become a more robust and scalable business.

9 months after the strategic review we came back into the organisation to refresh the review, document key progress against the strategy to support the next horizon of growth.
